The North Decatur Junior High girls track team fought hard on Thursday night. They got second place with a total of 24.5 points. Some highlights are:
Sarah Moeller placed first in the hurdles with a time of 19.31 seconds.
Madi Allen placed first in the long jump with a length of 14’8”, second in the high jump with a height of 4’4”.
Sydney Rohls placed third in the discus with a length of 64’8” and third place in the high jump with a height of 3’10”.
Hannah Gorrell placed second in the 100-meter dash with a time of 14.4 seconds.

Pirate Boys JH Track beat North Decatur boys 21 to 79.
Individually Cooper Parmer finished 2nd in the disc with a throw of 69’2″. Eli Weisenbach ran a PR at 21.21 seconds in the 110M hurdle to place 2nd. Brad Kreiger long jumped 15’11” to place 2nd. Eli Weisenbach took 3rd in the 1600m run with a time of 5 min. 59 sec. Conner Goolsby placed 3rd in the 400m run with a time of 1 min. 13 sec. Cooper Parmer fought hard to earn 2nd place in the 200m dash with a time of 27.3 sec. North Decatur’s Cooper Parmer place 1st in the High Jump with a height of 4’10” while Marshall Snell placed 4th jumping 4’4″.
