Statewide — The Indiana Department of Workforce Development released March 2021 county-wide unemployment numbers this week. Ripley and Decatur Counties are even with the state rate of 3.9% but Franklin and Dearborn Counties are above the state’s unemployment rate for March. All four counties continue to trend upward for the 3rd consecutive month as well as are above the numbers from March of 2020.
