Madison, IN — Wednesday morning, Travis Bailey, age 25, of Commiskey, was arrested by Indiana State Police Troopers in rural Jefferson County. More information will be forthcoming.
The Indiana State Police-Versailles Criminal Patrol Team, along with the Cincinnati (Ohio) Police Department and the Ohio Valley Crime Suppression Task Force have been actively looking for Travis Edward Bailey since April 2020 for the murder of Megan Donahue, age 34, in Cincinnati on the night of April 9, 2020. Donahue was discovered shot in a vehicle on Colerain Avenue on the north side of Cincinnati in the early morning hours.
She was transported to the University of Cincinnati where she succumbed to her wounds.
