Richard E. Owens, age 75, passed away early Monday morning on December 7, 2020 at his home in West Harrison, Indiana. Born June 8, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Richard and Pauline
(Adams) Owens.
Richard served our country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and worked for the IRS in Cincinnati, Ohio for many years. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Batesville, Indiana.
Survived by his sisters Mickey Sullivan, Sherry Owens and brother Jerry (Linda) Owens. Uncle to Cherelyn Owens, Matthew Owens, Brittany Sullivan, Brandon Sullivan and Shannon Owens. Great uncle to Breana Daniels, Savana Daniels, Chyloh Daniels, King Ramirez and Dayonte Owens.
Preceded in death by his parents Richard and Pauline Owens.
Visitation will be on Monday, December 14, 2020 from 10:00A.M. until time of funeral services at 12:00 P.M. with Pete Watkins officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030. Burial will be at Butler County Memorial Park 4570 Trenton Oxford Road Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
