Batesville, IN — St. Mark Lutheran Church in Batesville recently received an update and fresh exterior facelift thanks to two local grant programs.
The project, completed by Enneking Painting, was thanks in part to partial funding from the Severinghaus-Beck grant from the Ripley County Community Foundation and from a grant from the Batesville Economic Development Commission. The church had all its wooden exterior sanded and painted, as it had been years since it had been done according to Church President David Fischmer.
St. Mark Luther Church has roughly 75 total members and is located at 208 West Pearl Street in Batesville.
