Dillsboro, IN — The Town of Dillsboro Plan Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 24 at 7 pm in the Dillsboro Town Hall to hear a request from land consultants for a plat approval of the Western Pines Subdivision, a development proposal which involves the creation of up to 41 new single-family residential units.
The affected parent property, containing 28.65 acres, is located on the south side of Bank Street and on the north side of Spangler Road off Scenic Drive, in the western portion of the town.
