A Social Security Town Hall will be held in Brookville.
District 68 State Representative Jud McMillin said, “If you are close to the age of retirement you may be wondering, when can I retire or how much will it cost me? If you are getting close to that age or just seeking information to get the advantage on issues related to social security, I have helped organize a Social Security Town Hall to address these concerns in our community.”
Hosted by David Seymour, Public Affairs Specialist from the Social Security Administration, the meeting will be held at the Franklin County Public Library on Monday, Sept. 16 in Brookville.
It will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will include an informative presentation by Seymour as well as an opportunity to ask him social security related questions.
