Ripley County, IN—National Day of Prayer is being celebrated differently in Ripley County this year in two different locations across the county.
Today in Versailles, a prayer service will be hosted starting at noon at the Ripley County Courthouse Lawn. Once you have arrived in the parking lot, there will be radio instructions at the South Ripley Ministerial Association tent to listen to the broadcast or on the SMRA Facebook page. Officials with the event ask that you stay in your vehicles with your windows up.
In Batesville, everyone is asked to ring a bell at noon to celebrate this day.
