Greensburg, IN—The Decatur County Commissioners made amendments to the emergency ordinance issued on March 31 that restricts travel and business conducted in Decatur County. In the new ordinance, liquor stores can remain open under the restriction that business is conducted between 5 am and 10 pm each day and also allows for State workers to be included in the essential business allowance, and a few other small changes. The ordinance still restricts any restaurant to be open for any service as of yesterday, as well as now has wording to allow for an extension of the time period as needed by the County Commissioners.
