Batesville, IN—During the Batesville City Council meeting on Monday evening, the Council approved changes to the parking ordinance on Walnut Street between George and Pearl Street to allow parking. The change in the ordinance will allow up to 18 more spaces to park in the downtown area. The area was previously marked as no parking. No parking will still be enforced near the loading dock area of the Hill-Rom building.
