COLUMBUS, IN–An anonymous tip called into the Indiana State Police (ISP) led to the arrest of three people on drug charges Friday evening. Detectives from the ISP Drug Enforcement Section and the Bartholomew County Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team (JNET) began an investigation in regards to possible drug activity in Columbus, near Cherry Street and Illinois Avenue.
Detectives from ISP and JNET, with the assistance of CPD patrol officers and ISP troopers, executed search warrants on Friday at three houses in the 100 block of South Cherry Street. They allegedly seized about nine ounces of crystal methamphetamine, plus drug paraphernalia from the homes.
Doreen A. Streeval, 56, of Columbus was arrested on allegations of Dealing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Randall L. McMillan, 58, of Columbus was arrested on allegations of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Roger K. Burton, 55, of Columbus was arrested on allegations of Dealing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Trafficking with an Inmate, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
