Springdale, OH—The Springdale Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a missing 13-year-old.
According to police, Conner Witham, 13, was last seen wearing a green coat with fur and white Fila shoes. He was dropped off in the area of Reading Road and Tennessee Avenue in Paddock Hills around 9 am on Tuesday morning. Police are concerned with his health and well-being.
