Manford “Ratt” W. Pratt, 48, of Sunman passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his residence. Ratt was born Saturday, March 13, 1971 in LaPorte, Indiana, the son of Manford and Drucilla (Mitchell) Pratt. He married Vickie Pugh June 30, 1998 and she survives. Ratt was a self-employed laborer and loved being outdoors; he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Ratt is survived by his wife Vickie of Sunman; parents Manford and Drucilla Pratt of Cornettsville, Kentucky; step-son Brandon (Jella) Pugh of Milan, presently stationed in Japan; step-daughter Heather Pugh of Louisville, Kentucky; sisters Melody (Danny) Williams of Cornettsville, Kentucky and Penny (Richard) Peters of Three Oaks, Michigan; two grandchildren Xavier and Alexander Pugh; two special nieces: Tenille Combs and Andrea Lewis; and special cousin, Jimmy Mitchell, raised as a brother.
