Grammer, IN—Southeastern Bartholomew County, County Road 1000 East between County Road 400 South and the Town of Grammer will be completely closed to all traffic beginning at 8 am today and will not reopen, weather permitting, until Thursday, September 19, 2019, at approx. 5 pm.
