The Batesville JV Volleyball team notched its second straight victory of the season with a solid win over South Ripley in 2 games. Scores were 25-7, 25-14. Regina Gerstbauer was the top server scoring a team-high 18 points in 21 attempts including 6 aces. Sophie Lee chipped in 7 points. Naia Bustinza earned 5 kills in her 12 spike attempts in the front row to lead the team. Brayleigh Patterson and Shelby Westerfeld each had 3 kills at the net. Belle Westerfeld has an exciting stuff block to spark the team. Tomorrow brings a new challenge as we travel to Madison.
The Bulldog Varsity Volleyball team traveled to Versailles to earn their second win of the season against the Lady Raiders. The scores were 25-11, 25-10, 25-12. Our goal is to never be satisfied and the dogs played hard for three sets. Tonight the Dogs travel to Madison and hope to extend their record to 3-0.
