Hartsville, IN—The Batholomew County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance in Hartsville Thursday afternoon. Paul Foley, 33, Hope, fled in his vehicle. After hitting a parked truck Foley then fled on foot.
After a few hours, Foley was located in a field and taken to the Bartholomew County Jail on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, leaving the scene of an accident, and reckless driving.
