Greensburg, IN—Joey Hersley was convicted and sentenced on July 30th, 2019, in the Decatur Superior Court before Judge Matthew Bailey in seven separate cause numbers. Hersley pleaded guilty to Aggravated Battery, in the first cause and Nonsupport of a Dependent Child, in the second cause for a total of fifteen years executed at the Indiana Department of Corrections.
