North Vernon, IN—The Jennings County Sheriff’s Department is asking citizens to be on the lookout for a gaggle of Geese on State Road 3 South in the area of County Road 300 South. They have received several 911 phone calls in regards to the issue and we have tried several different options to move them along with no success.
According to officers, the geese are currently molting and are unable to fly. Please use caution in the area. They report having caused at least one traffic accident. Indiana Conservation Officers have also assisted with no success.
