Since 1973, the three-day Annual Festival, organized by the Mayor’s Committee for the Performing Arts, has sought to bring the community together through culturally based activities and entertainment.
This year is no exception. The Indianapolis Based dance band, Endless Summer, kicks off the three-day event on Wednesday, June 19 at the Liberty Park Pavilion. Winning over audiences of all ages with their dazzling showmanship and familiar melodies, Endless Summer brings the classics of the 50’s to today’s hits!

Broadway Kids and Miss Shannon’s Studio presents, Disney’s Aladdin Jr. on Thursday, June 20, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Discover “A Whole New World” with this magically updated version of the Academy Award-winning Disney classic featuring local talent, ages 8 – 16.
At 7:30 pm enjoy the refreshing sounds of the Cincinnati Queen City Chamber Orchestra featuring Mozart “Gran Partita” and Beethoven Septet!

Batesville Area Arts Council Community Arts Show

In its’ impressive 21st year, the Community Art Show, presented by the Batesville Area Arts Council, will offer opportunities for local artists to showcase the abundance of talent located in the Batesville area. Entries are judged in fine art, photography, and applied art categories. Cash prizes are awarded. Artists must be 18 or older and artwork must be original. Artwork displayed May 31 through June 27.

Friday, June 21
The Nuttin’ Fancy band, a local favorite, will close out the third day of the Music & Arts Festival, Friday, June 21 at 7 pm. The band’s two-hour set will include their trademark mix of country covers.
