The 7th Grade Lady Bulldogs won a hard fought game last night 18-11 over the Connersville.
The Bulldogs were down 11-9 going into the 4th quarter, but outscored the Spartans 9-0 to pull away for the win. Elaney McGuire led the team on both sides of the floor playing great defense and scoring 6 points. She was followed by Billie Puente who also had an outstanding game on defense and scored 5 points. Rounding out the scoring for the Bulldogs was Kaylin Hinners with 4 points; Renee Lecher with 2 points; and Kaylie Raver with 1 point.
The Lady Bulldogs improve to 5-7 on the season and will wrap up their regular season at home Thursday vs. Franklin County. Come out and support the Bulldogs!!!

The Batesville Lady Bulldogs 8th grade upped their record to 9 wins against 3 losses by defeating the Connersville Lady Spartans 25 – 19.
The Lady Bulldogs played an aggressive first half to build a 13 point, but had a lack luster second half where they were outscored 11 to 4 by the Lady Spartans. Offensively the Lady Bulldogs were lead by Emma Weiler with 10 points. Other scorers for the Lady Bulldogs were Makayla Granger with 8, Ava Hanson had 4, Jadyn Harrington added 2, and Lil Tinker had 1.
The Lady Spartans were lead by Kendra Boyd and Kylie Linn each with 4. Other scorers were Abbie Schwartz scored 3, and Kendra Ellis, Madison Atchley, Katie Mitchell, and Amy Rowe each tallied 2.
