Lady Bulldogs Swept By Lady Bengals

The 7th Grade Lady Bulldogs dug a hole early against Greendale getting down 8-0 in the first quarter.  The girls battled back to close within 4 points in the second half, but came up short 25-15.   Hinners led all scorers with 10 points followed by Kuisel and Rachel Lamping with 2 points and McGuire with 1 point.    The Lady Bulldogs fall to 4-3 on the season and will be back in action Thursday night against Rushville at home. The 8th Grade Lady Bulldogs saw their record fall to 5 wins and 2 loses after suffering a 41 to 24 defeat last night at the hands of the Greendale Lady Tigers.  The Lady Tigers can out aggressive and the Lady Bulldogs did not match their intensity, and found themselves down 10 points at the end of the first quarter.  This lead never allowed Lady Bulldogs to recover.  Offensively the the Lady Bulldogs were lead by Emma Weiler with 14.  Other scorers for the Lady Bulldogs were Makayla Granger and Ava Hanson each with 4 points and Megan Meyer added 2. Offensively the Lady Tigers were lead by Lizzy Redar with 17 points.  Other scorers for the Lady Tigers were Ellie McMullen with 12, Ivy Hinkle added 5, Katelyn Steuer tallied 4, and Molly Steuer chipped in 3.
