The 5th Grade Cardinals had their first home game of the season against St. Nicholas on Tuesday Night losing 12-10. The Cardinals got off to a slow start, but kicked it up a notch in the fourth quarter, scoring 8 of their 10 points. Unfortunately, the team was unable to pull out a win. Rachel Suttmann led the team on offense scoring 10 points. Bridget Lohmueller led the Cardinals with some intense defense. The Cardinals are in action again on Thursday at home. The 6th Grade Lady Cardinals lost a Titanic battle tonight to visiting St. Nicholas 20 to 11. Scoring for the Cardinals were Kenzie Maple 7 points, Anna Moore and Lucy Abplanalp 2 points respectively. Ainsley Sipples led the defense with 6 rebounds.
