The 5th Grade Bulldogs played Sunday at the East Central High School Fieldhouse in the Dirt Road Basketball League Tournament pool play and came away with 3 easy victories to move their overall season record to (23-3). Scores from the day were: Game 1-Batesville 39, South Ripley 9; Game 2-Batesville 70, East Central 4; Game 3-Batesville 48, Franklin County 23.
Leading the squad in scoring over the three games were Cayden Drake with 26, Brayden Maple 24, William Kuisel 23, Ethan Schneider 22, Lincoln Garrett 15, Trenton Jordan 12, Caleb Mohr 11, Landon Raver and Jaiden Kuria 10 each, and Owen Enneking 4.
The Bulldogs will be the overall number one seed next on Championship Sunday for the DRBL, February 3rd at Batesville High School. Go Bulldogs!!!
