Bulldogs Battle Tigers And Indians In Swimming Tri Meet

The Bulldogs traveled to Lawrenceburg to take on the Tigers and Milan Indians in triangular meet action Tuesday night.

The Lady Bulldogs won the meet with scoring 123 points and taking the top spot in the 200 Medley Relay (Halle Renck, Allison Storms, Maria Lopez, Jenna Ertel), 100 Fly (Lopez), 100 Free (Allison Storms), 500 Free (Kate Poltrack), 200 Free Relay (Renck, Poltrack, Ertel, Gwen Martin), 100 Back (Renck), 100 Breast (Storms), 400 Free Relay (Poltrack, Martin, Lopez, Storms).

Other top finishers:
– 200 Free: Gwen Martin, 2nd
– 200 IM: Maria Lopez, 2nd; Kate Poltrack, 3rd
– 50 Free: Jenna Ertel, 2nd
– 100 Fly: Halle Renck, 2nd
– 500 Free: Gwen Martin, 2nd
– 100 Back: Olive Cerniglia, 2nd
– 100 Breast: Jenna Ertel, 3rd

The Bulldogs finished in third place after a close meet. Sean Callahan was the lone event winner for the team in the 500 Free.
