Batesville, In. — A Tuesday head-on crash at 6 p.m. in Franklin County injured two area residents.
A report from the sheriff’s department says a car driven by Joan Laughlin, 83, of Oldenburg, was northbound on State Road 229 when she went left of center. Laughlin struck another car driven by Patrick Wilber, 33, of Sunman.
Both drivers were treated at Margaret Mary Health. The accident remains under investigation.
