The Freshman Batesville Basketball team played their first game of the season on Saturday against Jac-Cen-Del’s C-Team and lost 37-31. The Bulldogs trailed most of the game, making a comeback in the fourth quarter, but it just wasn’t enough to overcome their early deficit. The Bulldogs were led in scoring by Eli Pierson with 12 points, followed by Thomas Raver with Courtesy of Bulldogs Coach Sean Boyce.
