Rising Sun Navy Bean Festival

The Rising Sun Navy Bean festival will be held on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13.

Full Schedule of Events

Friday, Oct. 12

  • 5p – 9:30p Rides Open. Get your tickets and wristbands at the ticket booths. They are located on Main Street
  • 5p – 9p Beans served. Tent is located on the riverfront
  • 5p – 8p Seaplane Splash-In. Located on the riverfront past the boat ramp at the Seaplane hanger. It is like a car show for seaplanes.
  • 5p – 8p KidZone Open. Located under the Shelter on the Riverfront
  • 5p – 7p Seven Bridges – Eagles Tribute Band (Main Stage)
  • 6:30p Oh Baby Navy Bean and Sweet Baby Genes (Baby Contest) Ohio County 4-H Fair will be holding it. The Baby contest will be inside Heritage Hall on Main Street.
  • 8p – 10p Chuck Brisbin and the Tuna Project (Main Stage)

Saturday, Oct. 13

  • 8a: 5k walk/run
  • 11a: Navy Bean Parade 
  • 11a – 1p: The Stampede String Band (Main Stage)
  • Noon: Rides start
  • Noon til GONE: Beans served
  • Noon-8p: Seaplane Splash-In.
  • Noon – 8p: KidZone Open
  • 2p – 4p: Black Bone Cat (Main Stage)
  • 5p – 7p: The Menus (Main Stage)
  • 8p – 10p: The Rusty Griswold (Main Stage)
