The Batesville Middle School Boys won the Ripley County meet against Milan, Jac-Cen-Del and South Ripley on Thursday. Lyle Oesterling finished 2nd in the boys race, followed by Eli Loichinger, 3rd, Jake Chapman, 6th, Tacoma Nicholas 7th, Will Sherwood, 8th, Cole Pride, 9th, and Emi Lopez, 10th.
The Batesville Middle School Girls won the Ripley County meet against Milan and Jac-Cen-Del on Thursday. Ava Hanson won the girls race, followed by Emma Weiler, 2nd, Kaylynn Bedel, 3rd, Megan Allgeier, 4th, Madelyn Pohlman, 7th, and Cora Deputy, 9th.

The Jac-Cen-Del Junior High Cross Country teams hosted the four team Ripley County Meet on Thursday (9/27) evening. The JCD girls’ team finished 3rd and the JCD boys’ team finished 3rd in the meet.
