While it wasn’t some of the best ball we have played this season, it was some of the more consistant. After the morning pool we got into a rythm and played some good ball. This was our first year playing int he Franklin Community Tourney and I am glad we made it…. We saw some good looks at some different styles and levels of play. Its what we needed to stay grounded and move into the post season. It was also what we needed to move closer to the winning side on the record books.
On the day stat leaders were #23 Hattie Westerfeld with team leading 30 kills and 6 total blocks. Serving the aces on the day was #7 Kylie Laker with 10 aces and a team leading 44 assists. Keeping theball off the floor all day was #11 Jenna Ertel with 23 digs.
The Lady Bulldogs move to 9-9 on the season and will travel all week. Rushville on Tuesday and South Dearborn on Thursday followed up withe the Greenfield Courgar Challenge on Saturday.
