Richmond, In. — On Saturday, September 8 The Richmond Art Museum will host Potterypalooza from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on the front lawn of the Richmond Art Museum. Potterypalooza is a celebration of ceramics and pottery.
Regional ceramic artists will be on hand to sell both hand-made functional ceramics like plates, bowls, and mugs as well as sculpture and art pieces. There will be a Kids Clay Zone for children as well as a wheel demonstration area and a Clay Olympics! Live music will be on hand including John Kogge as well as The Wingwalkers featuring Richmond Symphony Orchestra violinist Doug Hamilton, plus Noah Cope and Michael Kalter. They will play improvisational folk, blues and jazz.
