Decatur County, In. — (UPDATE 4/12/18 10:30) Decatur County Sheriff Greg Allen says Jacob Davidson, 26, of Batesville was killed in a motorcycle accident near the Decatur-Shelby County line Thursday night.
Davidson was westbound on County Road 240NW when he failed to negotiate a curve and struck a fence post. The impact ejected Davidson from the motorcycle. He was declared dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.

A report from the Decatur County Coroner’s Office says Jacob Davidson, 26, was killed in a motorcycle accident on Vandalia Road west of County Road 700 West Thursday night. No other information has made public.
