Sharon A. Vernatt 69 of Sunman passed away Sunday March 25, 2018 at Ripley Crossing in Milan. Sharon was born Monday March 14, 1949 in Huntington, West Virginia the daughter of Paul and Elsie (Cremeans) Beach. She married Yule “Chief” Vernatt and he survives. She was a homemaker and she enjoyed cooking, decorating and taking care of her grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by husband: Yule Vernatt of Sunman; daughter: Kimberly (Todd) Plymale of Sunman; brother: Paul Beach of Delware, Ohio; 3 Grandchildren: Makayla, Colton and Montana Plymale. She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother: Ruth Bias; one brother: Gene Cremeans.
Funeral services will be Wednesday March 28, at 1PM at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan with Pastor Charles Miller officiating. Burial will follow St. Paul Cemetery south of Sunman. Visitation will be 11am-1pm Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Margaret Mary Hospice or Ripley Crossing Activity Fund.
