Jac-Cen-Del Kindergarten Registration

April 5, 2018 @ 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Registration will be held on April 5th from 1:30-6:30pm. Children must be 5 years of age on or before August 1st to attend kindergarten during the 2018-2019 school year. Parents and students are requested to attend. You  must bring your child’s birth certificate and doctor or clinic record of the child. Ripley County Health Department, Margaret Mary Hospital, and Decatur County Hospital are happy to assist you in giving any vaccines.
