Batesville, In. — (Updated 12:10 p.m.) Batesville Police chief Stan Holt says the bomb threat was recieved at about 8:24 a.m. Wednesday via telephone. An “all clear” was issued following a thorough search of the building. Investigators beleive the call came from out-of-state.

The Batesville High School was placed on lock down Wednesday after school officials received a threat. The nature or method of discovery of the threat has not been released.
An official from the Batesville Police Department says no injuries were reported and the matter remains under investigation.
