Batesville, In. — The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority will hold the October board meeting in Batesville on Thursday, October 26 at 10 a.m. in the RomWeber Flats. Following the meeting attendees will tour the facility. Board chairperson Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch will attend.
RomWeber Flats is a 140-year-old former furniture factory that is now 84 apartments for seniors. Medicade vouchers are used to assist residents with living expenses to allow them to live independent lives.
