FRIENDSHIP, Ind. — Pual Filter of Dillsboro, a member of the Friendship State Bank Board of Directors recently traded his director role for retirement.
Filter joined the Friendship board of directors in 1989.
At the time Friendship had two locations and 11 employees, now the bank has eight locations and over 120 employees.
Filter attributes much of the success to the company’s employees.
