BROOKVILLE, Ind. — A Brookville man has been arrested after a traffic stop.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, Joseph L. Thatcher, 32, is facing the charge of Possession of Heroin.
Police say officers with the Franklin County Drug Task Force were conducting an investigation into suspected drug activity when an officer initiated a traffic stop on Thatcher’s vehicle.
During a search of the vehicle, a small plastic baggie with a powdery substance believed to be Heroin was located.
