JENNINGS COUNTY, Ind. — Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags at state facilities in Jennings County be flown at half-staff to honor Lance Cpl. Jacky Ray Koenig Jr. who recently passed away during training while stationed in Okinawa, Japan.
Governor Holcomb asks businesses and residents in Jennings County to lower their flags to half-staff on Tuesday, the day of the funeral, to honor Lance Cpl. Koenig’s courageous service and devotion to duty.
