Rosalie Cockefair Dennis, age 58, of Beverly Hills, Michigan, and formerly of Brookville, Indiana, died Monday, April 10 2017, at her residence in Michigan.
Born January 30, 1959 in Batesville, Indiana, she was the daughter of Billie E. Cockefair & Inez (Stone) Kolb. She began her High School career at Brookville, where she was an active member of the marching band. She graduated from College High School in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, with the class of 1977.
She was retired from Ford Motor Company, where she had worked for many years in Global Finance.
In her leisure time, she enjoyed playing piano, photography, scrapbooking, taking walks, going on vacations to the beach, as well as cruising in her Mazda Miata.
Survivors include her mother, Inez Kolb, of Metamora, Indiana; two daughters, Sara (James) Corbello of Beverly Hills, Michigan, and Heather Cox & fiancé Michael Wolford of Berkley, Michigan; grandchildren, Jamison & Avery Wolford, Evelyn Corbello, and one on the way, baby “Bob” Corbello; as well as a brother, Richard Kolb, of Metamora, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billie E. Cockefair, her step-father, John Kolb; and a brother, Harold E. Cockefair, who died June 18, 2011.
Family & friends may visit from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.
Rev. Rob Edwards will officiate the Funeral Services on Friday, April 14, 2017, 10:30 A.M. at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville.
