The Batesville Girls Varsity Tennis team lost to Centerville on Monday, 4-1.
#1 Singles- Alana Pinckley lost 3-6, 5-7.
#2 Singles= Rachael Rose lost 6-3, 5-7, 3-6.
#3 Singles- Audrey Weigel lost 2-6, 3-6.
#1 Doubles= Anna Kick and Julia Hunter won 6-2, 6-4.
#2 Doubles- Baylee Rohlfing and Corinne Stone lost 2-6, 2-6.
The JV also won 6-0. Sophie Brown won in singles, while winners in doubles were the teams of Maggie Schwettman & Kate Poltrack, Jenna Ertel & Audrey Amberger, Bea Amberger & Caitlyn Broering, Tori Kurtz & Carly Fitzpatrick, and Ella Gutzwiller & Allie Shane.
Batesville is 1-1 on the season and 1-0 in the EIAC. They will play East Central at home on Monday at 4:00.
