The St Louis 5th grade Lady Cardinals played their final game of the seasonlast night earning a hard fought victory against the St Nicholas Trojans
with a final score of 14-13.
The Lady Cardinals were led in scoring by Catherine Streator and Izza Wonnell with 4 points each while Lilly Schebler added 2 points. Clutch free throws from Madison Wanstrath and Leah Cossentino added 1 point each along with a critical 2 point bucket by Isabele Fitzgerald that helped seal the season ending victory. Outstanding play from Kate Weber, Claire Saner, Sadie Wachsman, Rhea Miller and Izzy Price also provided the balanced team effort that was needed to earn the Cardinals 10th straight victory of the season.
The Lady Cardinals would like to thank all of their fans and parents for the support they have provided as they end the season with an impressive 10-2 record.
