The Batesville Middle School 7th grade boys basketball team defended their home court in commanding fashion Tuesday night, defeating the South Dearborn Knights with a decisive 44-13 victory.
The Bulldogs showcased a balanced offensive attack, led by Logan Schneider with 14 points and Clayton Kaiser close behind with 13. Contributions also came from Nolan Gesell and Jared Zins with 4 points apiece, Caden Huatman with 3 points, and Johan Heil, Jasper Johnson, and Henry Candelot, who each added 2 points.
With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 14-2 on the season and will take on the Milan Indians Thursday night in their final game before heading into winter break.
