The 2026 Ripley County Fair begins Saturday with exhibit check-in and the first livestock events of the week, as exhibitors prepare for several days of competition and activities.
From 9 a.m. to noon, 4-H exhibits, Mini 4-H projects, club banners, scrapbooks, Farm Bureau Kids Corner entries and Open Class exhibits will be accepted.
The afternoon’s schedule begins with the 4-H Horse and Pony English and Trail Show at 1 p.m. Poultry exhibitors can check in their entries from 2 to 5 p.m.
Saturday serves as the official start of fair week, with exhibits, livestock competitions and family events continuing throughout the week at the Ripley County Fairgrounds.
