(Osgood, IN) – Opening ceremonies for the 2024 Ripley County 4-H Fair took place Sunday evening at Fairgrounds Park in Osgood.
The highlight of opening night was the crowning of the 4-H King and Queen.
Macey Young will serve as this year’s 4-H Queen.
Young belongs to 4H Junior Leaders, the Ripley Wranglers and the Busy Bees.
The 4-H King is Henry Koehne, who says he is a “lone wolf” when it comes to club membership.
Koehne says his club was not very active this year, and he figured he could take part in more activities and get more accomplished by himself.
The Ripley County Fair runs through Saturday.
