24 new COVID-19 cases in the region

Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) has reported that 2,043 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 over the weekend. A total of 117,450 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 1,358,860 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at an 8.6% positivity rate and 14 new deaths were reported for a total of 3,354 Hoosier deaths across the state.

Dearborn County has a total of 647 cases and 28 deaths reported (no change), Decatur County has a total of 458 positive cases and 39 deaths (no change), Franklin County has 311 positive cases and 25 deaths (up 8 new cases), and Ripley County has 303 positive cases and 8 deaths (up 16 new cases). Locally, this is an increase of 24 new positive cases.
