21 new local cases on Thursday

Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 1,109 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Thursday. A total of 659,127 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,100,111 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.3% positive rate and 26 new deaths were reported for a total of 12,065 Hoosiers have died across the state.

Dearborn County has a total of 5,423 cases and 66 deaths reported (up 12 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,697 positive cases and 88 deaths (up 1 new case), Franklin County has 1,588 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 4 new cases), and Ripley County has 3,256 positive cases and 61 deaths (up 4 new cases). This is an increase of 21 new positive cases.
