The following players from area schools were named to the 2023 ORVC Baseball All-Conference Team as voted on by the head coaches of the conference schools.

For track, All-Conference honors were given to the winner of each event from the ORVC Track & Field Meet on May 9th.
Receiving the ORVC Mental Attitude Award on the boys side was Ryan Gorrell from South Ripley. On the girls side, it was Brynn Negangard from Jac-Cen-Del.
The Boys Track Coach of the Year in the ORVC was Milan coach Brian Potts.
