The IHSAA has approved the Basketball Sectional Tournament sites for the upcoming 2021-22 hoops season.
Of local interest for the girls, East Central will play at 4A Bloomington North. That sectional also includes Bloomington South, Columbus East and North and Martinsville.
3A Greensburg will host Batesville, Connersville, Franklin County, Lawrenceburg, Rushville and South Dearborn.
2A at Southwestern Hanover will welcome Milan, South Ripley, North and South Decatur plus Switzerland County.
And 1A Waldron will have Jac-Cen-Del, Oldenburg and Rising Sun along with Hauser, Morristown and Southwestern Shelby.
Of local interest for the boys, East Central will play at 4A Martinsville with the two Bloomington schools and the Columbus pair.
3A Connersville will entertain all of the EIAC schools except for East Central.
Area teams for the 2A boys are divided into two sectionals. South Ripley will have Milan, North and South Decatur and Triton Central while Southwestern Hanover will see Switzerland County, Austin, Clarksville, Henryville and Providence.
And for 1A, Southwestern Shelby will host Jac-Cen-Del, Oldenburg and Rising Sun plus Hauser, Morristown and Waldron.
