BATESVILLE, Ind. — A former director of the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce is back.
Melissa Tucker has been named the new executive director starting August 2.
“She has over 15-year years of experience with the Chamber and has been credited with bolstering
the Chamber’s marketing strategies, expanding the reach of the Chamber’s
membership and affiliate partners (such as the City of Batesville, Ripley County
Community Foundation & Batesville Main Street), developing new programs and adding
additional member benefits,” the Chamber announced in a press release.
Tucker will replace Tricia Miller who is leaving to become the City of Batesville’s Community Development Director
