OLDENBURG, Ind. — Oldenburg Academy has named Angela Parmer as the school’s next principal.
Parmer comes to Oldenburg with more than 23 years of experience in secondary education. She spent 20 years teaching math and chemistry before moving into an administrative role at South Decatur.
“The members of the principal search committee believe she is the right choice for OA at this moment in our history. She is laser-focused on student performance and success in a supportive yet challenging, faith-based environment,” Oldenburg Academy officials said.
She has degrees from St. Joseph College, Nova Southeastern University and Ball State
Parmer said, “I am very thankful and excited for the opportunity to combine my passion for education with my Catholic faith to lead the students and faculty of Oldenburg Academy.”
